Eva Ballard.
Eva Ballard is President of Ballard Benefits Group, Inc. Eva has been in the Employee Benefits industry for over 25 years. Prior to founding Ballard Benefits group in 1998, she served as Sales Manager at Humana/ChoiceCare for 11 years. She was responsible for sales and business development during their years of growth and expansion. Her industry experience in the employee benefits insurance, along with her experience in the senior market has given her a comprehensive perspective and the expertise to understand the needs and challenges of the growing Medicare market segment. This knowledge allows Eva to serve as a trusted advisor and valuable resource to individuals in the Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana Tristate community.
Eva is a licensed Health and Life insurance agent. As an independent agent/broker, she provides solutions that create value for current clients as well as prospective clients. Moreover, she analyzes plan comparisons to specifically fit an individual’s need to respond to the challenges of today’s rising prescription drug costs and Medicare plan premiums.
Eva is recognized as a thought leader on the topics of Medicare and healthcare reform to mitigate the rising costs of benefits and the costly regulation of healthcare.
As a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, Eva has a vested interest in giving back to her community. She is committed to serving the communities where she lives and works. Eva is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Notre Dame Academy and Leadership Northern Kentucky. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce as well as Chairperson of numerous Chamber committees. Moreover, she has traveled to Washington DC and Frankfort, KY as an advocate for the community through the Chamber’s Washington Fly-In and Day in Frankfort legislative initiatives. More recently, Eva has served as a past Board member for the Northern Kentucky Health Department. She was a long standing member of Madonna Manor’s Advisory Board.
